These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Sophos School Indonesia Grade System ("SSIGS").

1. Authorized Use

SSIGS is intended for authorized Sophos School Indonesia personnel and other approved users. Users must only access information and functionality permitted by their assigned role.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must not share their account with unauthorized individuals.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must use SSIGS only for legitimate educational and administrative purposes. Unauthorized access, modification, deletion, or misuse of academic records is prohibited.

4. Accuracy of Information

Users who enter or modify academic information are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate and appropriate.

5. System Availability

Sophos School Indonesia may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to SSIGS that may temporarily affect availability.

6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated when necessary. Continued use of SSIGS after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
